Our goal is to provide you with an Internet experience that delivers information, resources and services most relevant to the standard individual end-user/visitor of this "Site."

To achieve this goal, part of the operation of this "Site" includes the gathering of certain types of information about "Site" users. Because we understand that your privacy is important, we wish to explain the types of information we gather and the way in which we use it. This Privacy Policy applies to the "Site," in its entirety.

This Privacy Policy covers two types of information gathered via the "Site," personal and aggregate. A.)  Personal Information could, for example, include data submitted in connection with our services, such as your name, e-mail address, phone number, company affiliation, physical address and/or certain other identifying information.

B.)  Aggregate Data refers to general information relating to trends in end-user/visitor usage of and/or interaction with the "Site" (e.g., traffic patterns, number of visits to certain pages, visits to/from third-party websites aligned with the "Site," interest in and/or use of particular information and services features of the "Site" or of other third-party sites, etc.), made available and/or collected via automated monitoring and analysis of behavioral statistics derived from both individual and collective end-user/visitor interactions with/in this "Site."

"TTt" (incl. its owner/author, associates, affiliates, etc.) may collect and use personal information that you submit on the "Site" in any manner that is consistent with uses stated within this Privacy Policy (or elsewhere publicly disclosed on the "Site," at any point you may be requested to submit such personal information). Therefore, "TTt" (incl. its owner/author, et al.) is committed to protecting the information we collect.

Consequently, "TTt" has implemented a security program to keep information that is stored in our systems protected from unauthorized access. Our "Site" is hosted in a secure environment. The "Site" servers/systems are configured with data encryption (or "scrambling") technologies, as well as industry-standard firewall protection. When you enter personal information during the contact/feedback communications process, or during a prospective e-mail newsletter sign-up or survey, your data is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology to ensure that its storage and transmission is fully protected by industry-compliant safeguards.

Withdrawing Consent to Use

Use of Aggregate Data

"TTt" (incl. its owner/author, et al.) is interested in improving our "Site" and may develop an offering of various new features and services. While, we do monitor aggregate data regarding use of the "Site" for marketing purposes, we monitor, analyze and assess the same information as a means to study, improve, and promote the overall "user experience" of our "Site." Relative to such purposes, "TTt" may share aggregate data with third parties collectively, yet solely in an anonymous manner.

DISCLOSURE OF Aggregate Data DOES NOT REVEAL Personal Information ABOUT END-USERS/VISITORS OF OUR "SITE" IN ANY WAY THAT IDENTIFIES WHO THEY ARE OR HOW TO CONTACT THEM.

Exceptions to the Privacy Policy

"TTt" (incl. its owner/author, et al.) has TWO EXCEPTIONS to limits on use of personal information:
(1) "TTt" may monitor and, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required, disclose information to protect the security, property, assets and/or rights of "TTt" (incl. its owner/author, associates, affiliates, etc.) from unauthorized use, or misuse, of the "Site" or anything found at, on or with/in the "Site."
(2) "TTt" may disclose information when required by law; however, only to the minimum extent lawfully necessary and always in a manner that seeks to maintain privacy protection rights of the individual.

Use of Cookies

In order to enable various features on the "Site," "TTt" may assign one or more "cookies" to your Internet browser. Cookies, amongst other things, speed navigation through our "Site," keep track of information so that you do not have to reenter it each time you visit our "Site," and may provide you with customized content.

A cookie is an Internet mechanism composed of a small text file containing an unique identification number that permits a web server to send small pieces of information or text by means of your browser and place them on your computer's hard drive for storage. This text lets the web server know if you have previously visited the web page. Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to find out the identity of any user.

We use cookies to collect and maintain aggregate data (e.g., number of unique visitors per day) to enable us to observe/assess which areas of our "Site" are most popular with our clients, as well as to update and improve content on our "Site." While in the process of browsing our "Site," you are very likely to provide us with additional information that does not reveal your personal identity — the sort/type and topic of blog content you are accessing, for instance. We use this aggregate data only as explained in this Privacy Policy. We do not connect aggregate data to any name, address, or other identifying information.

You may occasionally receive cookies from unaffiliated companies or organizations, to the extent they place advertising on our "Site" or are linked to the "Site." The third-party cookies may collect information about you when you "click" on their advertising, content or link. This practice is standard in the Internet industry. Because of the way in which the Internet operates, we cannot control collection of this information by these third parties, and these cookies are not subject to this Privacy Policy.

Parental Consent & Children's Privacy Rights

Please be aware that "TTt" (incl. its owner/author, et al.) has not designed this "Site" to be intended for used by anyone under the age of 16. Accordingly, this "Site" should not be used by anyone under age 16. This Privacy Policy prohibits "TTt" from accepting users who are under the age of 16. "TTt" specifically requests that persons under the age of 16 neither use the "Site," nor submit/post information to the "Site."

Should "TTt" inadvertently acquire personal information or other aggregate data from users under the age of 16, "TTt" will not knowingly provide this data to any third party for any purpose, whatsoever. Furthermore, any subsequent disclosure of such restricted information would be due to the fact that an under-aged end-user visited our "Site" and submitted personal information without solicitation by or permission from "TTt" (incl. its owner/author, associates, affiliates, etc.).

Links Provided to Other Site

"TTt" (incl. its owner/author, associates, affiliates, etc.) may provide links to a number of other websites that we believe might offer you useful information and services. However, those sites may not follow the same privacy policies as "TTt." Therefore, we are neither responsible for nor are able to control the actions taken by any third parties (i.e., including without limitation, any website owners whose proprietary, reproduced or borrowed web-content may be accessed indirectly through this "Site") to acknowledge, enforce, police and/or protect their own uniquely structured policies and terms of privacy protection.

Prior to submitting any personal information or other sensitive data to these third-party sites, we urge you to contact the respective parties controlling such websites and/or enforcing any end-usage terms, agreements and policies related to such sites, in order to obtain relevant information regarding their data collection practices.

Your Consent to This Privacy Policy

Use of this "Site" signifies your consent – as well as the consent of any company on whose behalf you may use our "Site" and/or whose information (if any) you may submit to "TTt" (incl. its owner/author, et al.) via this "Site" – to acknowledge, respect, accept, abide by, and therefore act always in strict accordance with the limited rights, responsibilities, warnings, restrictions, obligations and/or prohibitions of end-usage activity on this "Site," as hitherto aforementioned, delineated and defined online by the terms of this Privacy Policy (e.g., including our collection and use of personal information and aggregate data, as described by the total sum of statements expressed by this policy, herein).

Likewise, use of this "Site" also signifies full consent to and acceptance of our End-Usage Licensing Agreement (i.e., otherwise referred to as either our "EULA" or "Terms of Use"). Continually active access/usage of this "Site," without complicit acceptance of the terms set forth herein online by both this Privacy Policy and our End-Usage Licensing Agreement, relieves "TTt" (incl. its owner/author, associates, affiliates, partners, etc.) of any and all liability, responsibility and/or obligation otherwise beholden to the user.

Policy Modifications

"TTt" (incl. its owner/author, et al.) reserves the right to change, revise, edit and/or amend the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time. Notice of changes will be published on this page. Changes will always be prospective, not retroactive.
